P.A. Paws Limited offers a refund on this products as long as the box is undamaged and the contents of the Pet first aid is remain unopened as as soon as they are opened they are not sterlised and can not be reused.
If you wish to request a refund it must be made 21 days after the shipping confirmation email has been recieved.
